This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Connie Health Inc. and its affiliates (“Connie Health,” “Company,” “we,” “our”) collect, use, disclose, and retain information through the Connie Health Agent mobile application (the “App”).
The App is intended solely for use by authorized employees, contractors, and licensed insurance agents (“Agent Users”) in connection with their work for Connie Health.
This Policy applies to Agent User information and App usage data. Information relating to consumers, including Medicare beneficiaries and prospects (“Consumers”), is governed by our consumer privacy policy available at:

Agent Users may access, input, and process Consumer personal information, including contact information, insurance-related details, and, where applicable, Protected Health Information (PHI).
Connie Health processes such information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) requirements, and as described in our consumer privacy policy.
The App enables voice communication functionality. Calls made or received through the App may involve the collection and processing of audio data, and in some cases may be recorded and retained in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
