Benefits and savings are dependent on Medicare eligibility. Connie Health’s Medicare website is owned and operated by Connie Health Inc, a licensed health insurance agency. The website and our content are for informational and educational purposes to support our mission of making Medicare less complicated. The purpose of this website is the solicitation of insurance. Connie Health represents Medicare Advantage HMO, PPO and PFFS organizations and stand-alone PDP prescription drug plans that have a Medicare contract.
