About

I am a Texas Life and Health Insurance Licensed Agent serving the Dallas-Fort Worth area including Dallas, Collin, Denton, Ellis, Hunt, Kaufman, Rockwall, Tarrant, Wise, Parker, Johnson, Hood, Palo Pinto, Jack, Van Zandt, and Navarro County. I am Spanish-speaking.

I am passionate about helping clients understand and choose the best Medicare plan that they are eligible for. I enjoy going out to meet with people and give presentations to educate and inform Medicare eligibles about how Medicare works. I am committed to serving the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex to bridge the gap between the needs of the community and the services Connie Heath offers.

I enjoy spending time with my family and coaching youth soccer and basketball. My family and I enjoy traveling, food, and catching up with extended family members that live across the state of Texas. I also love to keep up with the financial markets.

Background

Richard has over 15 years in the financial services industry and five years of Medicare experience. He served as a Vice President for a regional bank and wealth management company in the past where he was responsible for attaining and growing assets under management. Richard loves to work with his clients to create a personalized and holistic experience.

Richard’s expertise in the insurance industry began in 2011 and in Medicare, starting in 2016. He is a U.S. Army Veteran and served under Operation Enduring Freedom.
